Add an option for each mode to support a multi-touch button.

So... like press two or more buttons simultaneously to do some different function? What would you envision as the UI for that?

Actually it would just be any combination of two/three/four buttons. Basically "the" multi-touch button is its own action. Right now that action is the HUD on Mac and ignored on iOS.

But this is pretty low priority as we need to work on getting people to use the app more in the first place with the 12/16 buttons they have.
