[pg] unable to attach child work from work show page

Descriptive summary

When I click the "Attach Child" button from the work show page and select "Attach Generic Work", Hyrax does not respond

Expected behavior

Clicking the "Attach Child" button from the work show page and selecting a worktype should open a deposit form.

Actual behavior

Clicking the "Attach Child" button from the work show page and selecting a worktype does not generate a response.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Navigate to the work show page for a work which you can edit
2. Click the "Attach Child" button and select "Attach Generic Work"
3. Observe that nothing happens.
