[pg] Several issues depositing and managing files

After depositing a work:

• derivates do not seem to be created
• I cannot access the file manager
• I cannot download the original file

Rationale

Provide the rationale or user story that describes "why" this issue should be addressed. Especially if this is a new feature or significant change to the existing implementation.

Expected behavior

Works can be edited and managed the same as in nurax-dev

Actual behavior

See above

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Create a work with at least two files
2. See if it looks right when opened
3. Try to access the file manager
4. Try to download the original file(s)

In addition to the derivatives issues, the universal viewer does not load on pg.
