I have noticed that in some pairs of the tumor sample and cell line the distance is higher than 1 (example: TCGA-AG-3594:CaR-1 - 1.0750237) https://github.com/sanderlab/tumorcomparer/blob/master/inst/shinyApp/www/read_data_for_running_tc.zip used this dataset in User data analysis in the shiny app) Is it ok to have values higher than 1?
