package btk functions as nf-core modules

Description of feature

Hello! As of now only blobtk_depth and blobtk_plot are available as nf-core modules. The sanger-tol pipeline contains several steps which could be very useful if packaged as individual nf-core modules such as blobtoolkit/blobdir and blobtoolkit/windowstats. This way users could use them in their own pipelines where running the whole sanger-tol pipeline would not be appropriate. Cheers!

That's a fair comment, and we can try to do that as we go along.
In the meantime, if you want to move some of those modules to nf-core, we'll happily review
