Ensure the pipeline runs on AWS accessible data

Description of feature

Currently, the pipeline requires that data is downloaded and accessible locally. Tests for cloud data have failed, this should be rectified.

Can't really be tested at the minute as we don't utilise the cloud for anything in that way.
