In his import pipeline, Shane uses this database of PacBio adaptor sequences:

/nfs/users/nfs_s/sm15/dev/HiFiAdapterFilt/DB4/pacbio_vectors_db

Compared to ours, his file has got a sequence named "PacBio_ULI_adapter" and a bunch of sequences named bc2001 to bc2096. I don't know if these ones are only used for ULI library prep or for all sequencing.
