Import: Asset has different target than source. How to export all content and media from SanityCMS

I exported our production sanity project dataset using:

curl https://xxx.api.sanity.io/v2021-03-25/data/export/production/ > ProductionBackup.ndjson

(I did not use the --raw flag)

When importing into a different sanity project dataset using:

npx sanity dataset import ./ProductionBackup.ndjson

There is an error

Asset file-xxx-webm references a different project ID than the specified target (asset is in xxxx, importing to yyyy). See https://docs.sanity.io/help/import-asset-has-different-target

How do I export all content and media into a zip or tar.gz file so I can import media into the different sanity project dataset?

I found the command:

npx sanity dataset export

I did this from our local production sanity studio
