request: Footer Template for Pagination

Feature description

Currently, when using the Pagination footer, it appends spaces between the characters. The only way to change this is by manually editing the Pagination file, which is undesirable. Some sort of footer template would solve this and allow for removing properties such as pageIndexPrefix and embedFooterSeparator.
