PIP (Picture in Picture) Module

I have been trying using different sort of techniques for the picture in picture to make my app also run in the background just the youtube app does , but what i see missing is the clear absence of the pip in this package.
But we can implement this in android with the help of package as 'floating'

If there is any clear info about this please guide me out about this!
