Find out and implement how to run Axe locally to check project (not just using the browser plug-in to check the deployed site).

@discombobulateme I'm unsure how to do this, and I don't think I will be able to implement it by the end of the project. I am still able to do accessibility testing using the Chrome extension. But for this axe react feature, I will put it in the backlog for now for somebody in the future to figure it out. 🙂
