I tried out your fork after finding the newest Snes9xRX too laggy with a SNES Classic Mini controller.
However, when I tried it, Snes9xTX crashed my Wii U to a black screen requiring me to unplug it. I figured I must have downloaded the wrong build so I tried again. By chance my GameCube controller adapter was disconnected and it worked fine. While Snes9xTX was running I plugged it in and the system hard crashed with garbage on screen and a screeching sound on the audio.
I now see that the system locks up completely when starting Snes9xTX with this GameCube adapter connected. Snes9xRX does not have this problem. The issue occurs even with no controllers connected to the GameCube adapter.
While we're on this topic. Could the port be updated to use the controller library that Nintendont uses, so USB HID controllers work?
