Information:

This plugin displays a Blackout-page for the protest against Article 13 & 11.

Download: https://github.com/savetheinternetinfo/sti-blackout-wordpress/releases

Once the plugin is activated, the blackout page is enabled.
If you want to disable the blackout page you need to deactivate the plugin.
