We commit to taking appropriate and fair corrective action in response to any instances of unacceptable behavior, such as harassment or discrimination, while maintaining the utmost confidentiality to protect those who report incidents.

In our daily duties, we pledge to lead by example—using inclusive language, providing timely and respectful feedback, and prioritizing the project’s health over personal status. Furthermore, maintainers must strictly avoid any abuse of authority, such as silencing valid technical dissent or showing favoritism based on personal relationships. By upholding these standards, we ensure that the project remains an honest, transparent, and welcoming space for every student.
