Adding learning path page

hi

i am here to improve the website by adding the Learning path page by clicking on the GET STARTED button

Page will include these points in well enhanced manner

1. pre requisite required
2. selecting projects
3. steps for contributing
4. what if you want to submit your project?
5. keeping tracks of all the open source
6. main outcome

all of this will be included in one page step by step , ui will be enhanced and well pleasing

i am interested in collaborating in this project, would love to help further also

please assign this issue to me i will do my best
