Missing "Back to Top" button for improved page navigation

Description:
The homepage is vertically long, but there is no "Back to Top" button to help users quickly return to the top.

Current Behavior:

• Users must manually scroll back to the top

Expected Behavior:

• A floating "Back to Top" button should appear after scrolling down
• Clicking it should smoothly scroll to the top

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open homepage
2. Scroll down to the bottom
3. Notice no quick navigation option is available

Why this is needed:

• Improves user experience
• Common UX pattern for long pages
• Helpful for mobile users

Proposed Solution:

• Add a floating button visible after scrolling
• Implement smooth scroll behavior
