Description:
The Navigation bar includes a "Resources" link, but there is no corresponding section in the body of index.html. Users clicking it currently go nowhere.
Suggested Change:
- Add a new
<section> with the class resources below the "Programs" section.
- Include resource cards (e.g., "Video Tutorials", "Documentation", "Cheatsheets").
- Ensure it follows the existing design consistency (headers, spacing).
Benefits:
Fills the missing content gap and makes the navbar link functional.
