Getting error code: 1020 on certain CF protected sites

• Hooman version: "^1.2.3"
• Node.js version: v12.16.1
• OS & version: 10.15.4

Actual behavior

https://www.shoepalace.com/ => error code 1020

I get that on some Cloudflare-protected sites when I am on a VPN, even in the browser. I'm not sure there is any way around that with this library, as they seem to be blocking based on the IP and do not give an option to complete a captcha.
