Description for correct plural/singular form #210

at present it's rather cumbersome to use the correct form which results in descriptions like "1 items".

It would be nice to have something to take care of that like a description as follows

new Quantity(n, "item", "items")

Support for English quantities (i.e. one or many) is sufficient for now.
