This is a fork of WYMeditor which is hosted on SVN at http://www.wymeditor.org/ .

They say:

"WYMeditor is a web-based WYSIWYM (What You See Is What You Mean) XHTML editor (not WYSIWYG)."

Changes in this fork:

 - Added ability to paste Flash embed code into the HTML view and have WYMeditor not destroy it.
