CI is failing because the 2.12.next version being tested doesn't have a release for the scalafix-testkit version we use

moving to a newer testkit version might be easy or might be a can of worms, but let's try it and find out

if it's a can of worms, we can open an issue on that and then remove the "2.12.next" part of CI, since this repo is only getting very light maintenance these days

oh right, the scalafix version bump PR is #191 and it's failing for reasons that need investigation

we should just disable the 2.12.next job, IMO

another possibility would be to add some sort of override to use the scalafix-testkit for the last published 2.12.x version
