Consider forbidding some unicode characters

There are some unicode characters that can create a lot of confusion (like backspace, hangul filler, zero-width space) – we should consider banning those from at least some fields in webknossos. (Let’s discuss if blacklist or whitelist is better, and where to put this kind of check)
