Maintainers Note

  1. Whenever you create a release tag use the current date in your time zone (eg: Today is 2017.5.5(YYYY-m-d) here, release tag : v2017.5.5)

  2. If you have to create more release tags in a single day then go with v2017.5.5.x where x is positive integer starts from 1 and increment by step 1.
