Add support for partial projections for secondary indices

It would be great if it was possible to specify/use custom projection of entity properties for each secondary index. This is especially a concern in case composite keys are used for secondary indices - in this case a composite key computed over entity properties would be duplicated in every index, which would cause unnecessary storage overhead.
