[Feature request] Increases the weight of text blocks with block links #398

Some blocks of text are often cited, which means they are more important

Like this block tag with a link
They are similar to "# titles" which are more important words

But I can't move their search priorities up

And H4-6 titles are also important, but there's no way I can adjust their priorities
