[Feature request] Allow Inserting Link Into Currently Selected Text

Problem / Use Case

I would like to be able to insert links into the currently highlighted text as a configurable option if need be

Current Workaround

I create a relative link to the page by pressing ALT + ENTER in the Omnisearch modal and change the text manually.
