When writing commands to history and executing history, the window pops up.
The history command should contain a string that mimics the user interaction with the GUI. If it is just containing the command, it pops up a window and (1) this is not useful to users (2) it blocks the execution of the script and confuse users.
I have disabled the history for pop_taskinfo, pop_eventinfo and pop_participantinfo (pop_exportbids and pop_importbids are ok, but it would be great to fix this.
