Based on the specifications, the filenames of the RAW data are protected and should not be used in the derivative dataset unless the files are exactly copied. For EEG, it seems that the best way to describe the changes is to use the _desc-<label> entity and let the user choose theeck should list all files label. The ch and check if the file name (and path) is the same for the unchanged files and that desc is correctly implemented for the rest.
