Loading

Add fields for memory, CPUs (to be used later), and all other pipeline parameters.

    'ctffunc'        'string'    { 'fileio' 'ctfimport' }    'fileio'; ...

When rerunning the batch pipeline

Load the NEMAR.json
Set the parameter
Rewrite/copy a new NEMAR.json

When through the GUI

If final run -> write the NEMAR.json using the GUI parameter and run the batch pipeline
set 'modeval', 'string', to 'new'

When Dung runs the rerun:

Modify the NEMAR.json to 'modeval', 'rerun'
