Detect whether a contact has been deleted upon return from "manage contact"
and if so, refresh the contact list.

This should have a higher priority than low. If someone deletes and item then it
shouldn't be showing up in iContact. I have this problem too. I used the Manager
Contact function within iContact and deleted the contact. However, when I go
into
iContact again, its header is listed in the index, just blank. I have logged
into
POutlook and confirmed the contact is completely gone.

Hit the arrow at the top left of the screen to go to all contacts. Then exit
the application. When you come back to use it again, I believe your contact
will be gone.
