Descrição da tarefa

Criar uma função para usar as instituições da fonte ROR para identificar Affiliation.country.
Esta função deve percorrer Institutition com filtro source='ROR' e verificar em Affiliation com filtro country__isnull=True e name__icontains=institution_name, e preencher Affiliation.country com o Institution.location.country.
