Switch to AWS-managed SSL cert for EAD bucket

We use a cloudfront distro for the EAD bucket mini-website. I believe we can use an AWS-managed cert instead of our current setup.
Investigate this before Sept. 2025.

https://us-east-1.console.aws.amazon.com/acm/home?region=us-east-1#/certificates/request is the first step.

This worked great.
Note that we had to create a CNAME to prove that we own the domain. See https://support.sciencehistory.org/ticket/6933/ .
