Have app send email through Exchange server rather than AWS SES #3226
Description
Why, what is the goal? So we don't have to set up our own SPF, DKIM, DMARC, etc. Other than that, we're having no problems with AWS SES as mechanism of sending emails.
Should be possible connecting directly to Exchange server with credentials, using an account set up by Exchange admins (chuck).
