Right now people at SCIP are busy, in a few days I'll tag someone who can pick this up.

But in the meantime, if you don't need to build things by yourself, you can always try using pip or conda. These methods are working well.

here is thing. I wanted SCIP with GMP, which is not default.

Cannot set feasibility tolerance to small value 1e-11 without GMP - using 1e-10.

Yeah, I know - do your ranges of numbers well. Yes - I am doing.

But I want solver solve first, be fast after. So for me GMP is essential just to make solver work.

So I cannot use PyPi releases.

In theory I can build with pip locally, but I doubt it will fix anything. I build locally using poetry. And if pip fixes, and my whole production is nix/poetry, i just cannot install it into cloud easy - will need to change my scripts a lot.

pip is nice, but if there is hint that poetry is problem.

Hey @Opt-Mucca, do you have any clue about what's going on here? TLDR: nlpi changed location at some point in time, which makes it difficult to build things by yourself.

I can help with this next week. Is it possible to summarise what the issue is and post it as an issue? I am confused on how to follow this discussion. I don't get the relationship between the nlpi changes and poetry.
Also, @dzmitry-lahoda is GMP that important for your use case? We will prepare the next release of PySCIPOpt through PyPI soon, and can update the plug-ins that it is shipped with if necessary.

there are several issues.

INSTALL.md mentiones nlpi folder. I do not observe such since SCIP 8.0. Should I or not? May be update INSTALL.md so it is clear.
GMP important, but not enough, IPOPT with MUMPS or SPRAL too. Here is description feat: pyscipopt for poor dummy laymans #786
INSTALL.md asks to use pip to manually build PySCIPOpt (which I need to use custom SCIP). My project and deploy use poetry. poetry seems work ok, but if it is related to next problem.
Unfortunately I get undefined symbol SCIPgetLhsNonlinear and I do not know what too look at. Versions I compiled together? Poetry? My machine? I checked via strace and objdump that correct libscip.so loaded by PySCIPOpt I compiled and libscip.so has SCIPgetLhsNonlinear defined symport exported. Correct means that I compile libscip.so and scip binary using same command, and skip can read and optimize NLP files.
