Once any settings are modified within the component, the apps saved and published it creates a connection to dataverse but has no tables listed, this then removes the app from being standard and requires end users to have premium license. But it still lists the app as standard, but I have narrowed it down to this issue that adds in the dataverse permission requirement.
The only other connectors in the app are Sharepoint lists and Office365 Users.
