Route Servers, which are trending toward elimination in favor of
direct AS-to-AS peering.

Questions for IXP operators:

• Is your IXP moving away from RS toward direct peering?
• How do you currently distribute security policy to members without RS?
• Would a PeeringDB-based certification registry be operationally viable
  for your members?
