Debian 11 VNC

The new tigervnc 1.11.0 implementation applies to Ubuntu 21.04 and Debian 11. In both cases, the goal is to closely follow the tiger instructions. All users are configured in /etc/tigervnc/vncserver.users. Each user has a .vnc/config file. Start with systemd.

So far, this appears to be working on Ubuntu 21.04.

On Debian 11, it works fine initially. And, after a reboot, the VNC processes with start on the server. However, then some difficulties connecting to a vnc session. Most likely, it's a problem with Debian's desktop or gnome implementation. However, not ruling out the possibility that this ansible role needs to be modified.
