Connecting Github Issues, Trello Features, Toggl Tracking

Expanding discussion from #14 to a bigger scope -- how does github fit in with the rest of the project's collaboration tools?

Initial thoughts:

One potential business value I see is in internal metrics. It would be cool to be able to have data that let us see:

• time spent on each feature from our feature board, averages, trends
• time spent directly towards feature development vs time spent on maintenance, refactoring, devops, other types of tech work

Another potential benefit would be in automation - it would be cool to have some of the card transitions in our trello feature board happen automatically. e.g. QUEUE -> WORKING when someone creates a branch named after the feature, WORKING -> STAGING when it gets merged to release.
