SQUELCH environment variable no longer works #61

SQUELCH environment variable needs updating. Need to update the script to stop using:

squelch = 0

And to use either:

squelch_threshold = -80
squelch_snr_threshold = 0

This is per RTLSDR-Airband Manual squelch setting
