Specviz currently displays spectral data with y-min/max of the data. This is an issue for noisy spectral data that have large outliers. This is an upstream issue in Jdaviz, see spacetelescope/jdaviz#2741. Until the issue is fixed there, implement a temporary workaround in the solara jdaviz component. Feedback requested from beta test
