clean up model store

All of the cached models from last year are not needed anymore (to the extent that they ever were). I'll be generating a smaller set of new ones as early as this afternoon, but those are also demos. By October 1, we want to be ready to run for real, and I don't see the reason to keep all of last years detritus around.
