Having seen issue with signing in several bots and one having outright banned signing entirely I thought about a system to get around the issues normally presented with current signing.

In order to make both sides happy regarding signing and to also put an end to the workaround of needing to make a channel, I'd like to recommend a signing system that works like giving karma. You reply to someone with /s and only THEY see your sign. And you could disable seeing it on your side just like karma notifications.

People who actually want to take talking with an anon further can properly give them their @ without others joining in. No namefagging to randoms (can likely still keep the signing time limit), no more channels being made and hoping the right person goes into it.

This has been suggested to me previously though I think calling it "signing" is probably misleading, though I don't have a better idea.
