I always want to record my video conference for meeting notes and storing our own data for the future. If we can get transcripts of who was talking at that moment that would be amazing.

A button like google meet where i can get the audio file of our video session

Describe alternatives you've considered
Google meet, but it's paid. And i don't believe they give the full audio recording

Additional context
I would like to contribute as well if can. I'm new to rust but not new in tech in general. Just need to discuss on how it can be done and point me in the right direction

This is a fantastic feature!!

I should mention that google meet does provide the full recording if you use google workspaces.

Can you help me with some research regarding which AI can we use to ingest the audio and produce the transcript?
