Ah this is a strange issue and I can't figure out how to make it happen on my machine! I am also on MacOS, and I have tried dark mode and light mode, two screens (laptop and HDMI), and different zoom levels. But I can't see this issue with any "A" headings 🥲
Let me know if anybody has more details on reproducing this!
I suspect this has to do with the font the system is setting on @SalvaZaraes machine that may have the A "corrupted". because we are not doing anything wrong or intentional when rendering text.
I can't reproduce it either on my machine. I added the "need repro steps" to this issue for now
