Bug: Uppercase Letter "A" Not Displaying Correctly (Desktop App)

Description:
The uppercase letter "A" is not displaying correctly in the desktop app.

Steps to Reproduce:

Open a document that includes uppercase "A" letters in the desktop app.
Observe the display of the letter "A."

Expected Behavior:
The uppercase letter "A" should display as intended, without visual issues.

What OS are you using?

Does this affect every "A" in the app or only in some contexts?

Does this affect every zoom level or only some of them? You can press (Cmd/Ctrl) and (+/-/0) to change zoom, like on the web

I am using Mac OS, the uppercase A looks like this (this only happens in the desktop app):

It affects every zoom level, and this bug only appears in the Headings:

Ah this is a strange issue and I can't figure out how to make it happen on my machine! I am also on MacOS, and I have tried dark mode and light mode, two screens (laptop and HDMI), and different zoom levels. But I can't see this issue with any "A" headings 🥲

Let me know if anybody has more details on reproducing this!

I suspect this has to do with the font the system is setting on @SalvaZaraes machine that may have the A "corrupted". because we are not doing anything wrong or intentional when rendering text.

I can't reproduce it either on my machine. I added the "need repro steps" to this issue for now
