Just a pleasant surprise my system was detected and could:
-Disable lightbar
-Set visual mode Eyecare
and many more features I didn't 'dare to hope for'...
.... after the horror reacquaintance with Windows + Armory Crate.
Which makes your service such a great gift, really so good to kill running Asus services and not....
Think about returning this otherwise impressive laptop to the store..

@Utone if you mean boot logo from Asus - it's just handled by BIOS/firmware.

No definitely not. This is like a black screen only upper ~12% shows a white/static noise bar across the entire screens width.

Could make a picture.. Yet still possibly unrelated (I know G-Helper is basically a "remote control to BIOS settings" read a few issues etc.. :)
Better yet. Let me enable OS boot information and a boot log so we can see what's going on.

Anything else I could test for you on this machine?

Tested RGB lighting profiles:
Native (available in Armory Crate):
✅ Working: Static, Breathe, Color Cycle, Rainbow, Strobe.
G-Helper: (Model specific/Unsupported?)
❌ Not working: Star, Rain, Midnight, Laser, Ripple, Comet, Flash (These keep last value played: a color or 'static' Rainbow etc.)
❓ Unusual? ["Bit glitchy, could be fun" / maybe have this unit seen to=]
Heatmap, Ambiance Both do something 'unique'. with some intermittent blinking from spacebar area.

@Utone most likely your model has 4-zone RGB (and not per-key RGB as most strix units)

Try this build: it should show only supported modes + ambient / heatmap should work w/o blinking

Regarding possible improvements on my end:
I (still) have these ASUS apps installed:
ASUS Hot plug Controller
ASUS Monitor Control
ASUS MS Control

Peculiarity: Armory Crate won't re-install on this windows installation (gives a BSOD ..ran into a problem AsIO3.sys bs...)
So this boot glitch [rebooting now for a boot log]
might be a residual symptom of some unrelated issue.
To rule out these things we do not want to think about. / un user wrecked systems / 'clean' testing purposes:

Looking to 'factory reset from RESTORE partition to a new 'to be assigned C:' partition
(Swapping C: drive letter, keeping all my unstable but nice, debloated win11 shit.)

• Have a factory test environment
• bypass the Microsoft Account on OOBE, other assignable C;. OS Linux etc..
• fix some things as I most aggressively start removing Microsoft bloatware in later runs,
• Think https://github.com/ntdevlabs/tiny11builder + Selected apps and drivers from ASUS RECOVERY drive to streamline reinstall, use in VM etc...

Just maybe you know some things to look out for?

Yes, Red is Ultimate as it pretty much says on the button.

Those Asus apps are fine, you can keep or you can uninstall them.

I'm not sure why do you want to reinstall windows, but you can if you want to :) or use restore.
