Write a code to visualize the category dataset in 2d/3d

Using the dataset for categorization (#13 ) we want to use a dimensionality reduction methods such as t-SNE to reduce it to 2/3D chart

Please note that this task is dependent on #13

What I need you to do is to write a set of functions that use our loaded model (see W2V) and the concept categories dataset to produce a set of graphs.
