标点符号的规范理解：非全角标点符号，而是中文标点符号 #12

第一个要点是关于标点符号的：

中英混排的文本中，除了完整的英文句子或段落之外，应全部使用全角标点符号。

但是自己测试了下，影响标点符号的不是「全角」、「半角」的选项区别，而是「中文标点符号」、「英文标点符号」的区别。

全角半角影响的是数字的显示方式。
