Currently not tested because the static array is empty.

          One approach to testing while this is empty could be to add a wrapper functions that returns TAP_RPC_API_VERSIONS_DEPRECATED. Then you could use something like mocktopus to mock that function before you call functions like `check_api_version_deprecation`.
