Keyword import needs automatic duplicate control

Current behavior:
If a duplicate keyword is found on import, the system displays a warning, and does not allow the import.

Desired behavior:
If a duplicate keyword is found on import, the system should automatically ignore the duplicate, complete the import, and then deliver a warning message saying: "X duplicate keywords found and not imported: keyword1, keyword 2 etc..."
