If there are 3 files:

001.js
002.js
003.js

migrate up
execute 001.js, 003.js
create 002.js and migrate up
changelog table sequence 001->003->002
migrate down
003 rollback first

q1. Whether to perform the rollback sequence according to the file name instead of the execution time

q2. Whether you want to directly roll back to a version or batch roll back
